일반적인 소개 및 특징
키도 작고 꽃크기도 작으나 재배하기 쉽고 꽃이 많이 달린다.
봄부터 가을까지 꽃이 계속 피므로 화단용으로 매우 중요한 위치를 차지한다.
뿌리에는 토양선충이 싫어하는 성분이 있어 선충방제용으로 재배하기도 한다.
재배방법
파종 후 꽃이 피기까지는 60~70일 정도 걸리며 극히 튼튼하여 재배하기 쉽다.
밑거름으로 잘 띄운 두엄, 계분, 깻묵을 사용하면 잘 자란다.
여름철에 건조하면 꽃의 수가 적게 되므로 충분히 관수해 주어야 한다.
