새싹보리 재배방법

1. 겉보리 반컵정도를 12시간 정도 물에 불려주세요.

2. 불린 겉보리를 그물망에 골고루 뿌려 주세요.

3.하루에 물을 3~5회 골고루 뿌려 주시고, 물받이에 물은 항상 고여 있게 해 주세요.

(2~3일간은 뚜껑을 닫아 주세요.)

4. 2~3일 지나 위 이미지처럼 싹이 나오면 뚜껑을 열고 키워 주세요.

(햇빛을 봐야 새싹이 푸르게 자랍니다.)

5. 7일 내외 자라면 아래와 같이 풍성하게 잘 자랍니다.
