  가. 품종특성
①쓴 맛이 강해 쓴 메밀이라고 부르며, 검은빛을 띠어 흑 메밀이라고도 합니다.
➁종자는 짙은 암갈색으로 일반 메밀종자에 비해 크기가 작고 껍질이 두터운 편입니다.
➂루틴이란 성분이 일반메밀에 비해 약 70배 가량 높아 항산화 및 혈압 개선 등에 효능이 있습니다.
➃물에 녹기 쉬운 성분을 함유하고 있어 차(茶)로 섭취하며, 묵, 국수 등 다양하게 활용이 가능합니다.
 
  나. 재배 시 주의사항
①파종 시 토양에 충분한 수분이 없으면 출현과 개화를 지연시키고 경관가치를 떨어뜨릴 수 있으므로 적당량 관수 후 파종합니다.
➁일반메밀에 비해 성장속도 및 결실 맺음이 더 길어 일반 메밀보다 약 10일 이상 빠르게 파종을 앞당기는 것이 좋습니다. 

➂너무 일찍 수확하게 되면 종실 수확에 어려움이 많으므로 종실 약 75% 정도가 검게 성숙했을 시 수확합니다.​

Withdrawal of Contract & Release of Contract. Consumers who purchase goods can withdraw or cancel the contract within 7 days unless situation that they cannot withdraw the contract or cancel the contract.
Exchange & Return Guide If there is a defect in the product, or if the product is different from the order, 100% return and exchange is possible.
