특성


1.뿌리 가까이에서 잎이나며 긴엽병을 지닌 잎은 2-3회 세갈래로 발생한다. 잎사귀는 인삼과 비슷해 2-3개의 잎으로 갈라져 있고 달걀모양이다.
2.다수확 품종이며 비타민 A, B1, B6, B12, C, E등 영양성분이 풍부하다.
3.품종은 Angelica Utills로 파란줄기이며 대공이 꽉차있어 녹즙으로 사용할 경우 많은 양을 얻을 수 있다.
 


재배방법


1.국내 어디서나 재배가 가능하며 부식질이 풍부하고 배수가 잘되는 사질양토, 부식토, 실질양토에서 잘 자란다.
2.직파, 육묘, 묘주정식 재배를 한다.
3.발아시에는 20도의 온도를 유지(낮 최고 25도, 밤 최저 10도)하며 수시로 관수하여 묘상습도 70-80%로 관리한다.
4.재식간격은 가로 25cm, 세로 27cm로 300평당 12,000-15,000주를 심는다.
 


수확이용


1.잎줄기가 2개일 때 3번째 잎이 나올 무렵에 첫 번째 잎을 잘라주어야 하며 잎줄기를 제때 잘라주지 않으며 노화되기 때문데 맨아래쪽의 가지부터 하나씩 잘라내는데 새로운 잎사귀는 광택이 소멸되기 전에 자른 것이 좋다.
