특성


 


1.배추의 쌉쌀하고도 약간의 매운맛과 청경채의 시원한 맛이 어우러지도록 육성된 품종이다.
2.내병성이 있고 내서성도 강해서 고온기에도 생육이 왕성해 재배가 비교적 쉽다.
3.잎은 약간 담록색으로 털이 없고 초자는 입성으로 잎자루가 길어 결속이 쉽다.
 


재배방법


1.결구시켜서 포기로 수확하기도 하지만 대부분 잎을 하나씩 뜯어내기로 재배한다.
2.일반적인 재배방법은 포기 재배시는 배추나 청경채와 유사하고 잎따내기 경우는 상추재배 방법과 같다.
3.300평당 종자소요량은 150-200ml(2홉)이며 재식거리는 재배시기에 따라 여름에 18x20cm, 겨울에 15x15cm이다.
 


수확이용


1.수확은 씨앗 파종후 잎따내기 경우는 20-30일째부터 포기수확시는 30-50일째부터 가능하다.
2.2kg 박스에 담아 출하하는데 녹즙, 쌈, 샐러드, 겉절이등에 이용된다.
 


재배 및 유의사항


1. 배추과 채소로 초봄 파종의 경우 저온에 감응되어 추대될 수 있으므로 가온 육묘 및 보온 재배가 필수적이다. 
2. 중부지방 경우 4월말 파종하여야 하며 고냉지 경우는 5월말 파종하여야 합니다.
